Back to School 2019

The kids are back to school and hopefully the heat will disappear from South Texas soon. It’s been so hot in late August sometimes it’s hard to make it outdoors for some Texas Hill Country fun. Most of our trips lately have been very early in the morning, and the fishing has been bad. The start of football season provides some much needed indoor down time in September. But as October gets closer, the hunting and camping season kick off. So does the Oktoberfest Season with an abundance of festivals in the many German town the dot the Texas Hill Country. It’s a magic time of year.
